Hiroshima-yaki

It is similar to upside modern-yaki The top layer is thin crepe-like Okonomi-yaki dough on stir fry pork and vegitables. Middle layer is Yaki-soba noodle. The bottom layer is a fried egg What a different to Okonomi-yaki or Modern-yaki is the dough. Hiroshima-yaki dough is very thin looks like a crepe, and does not include vegitables. On the other hand, the dough of Okonomi-yaki or Modern-yaki is thick and include vegitables.
