Sometimes old men use ‘Taisho’ as calling out a male orner of Sushi, Ramen, and JP classic bar. Mostly when you check.
Female version = Okami-san(女将さん)

Ex.) Taisho / Okami-san, okaikei (大将 / 女将さん, お会計）= Taisho / Okami-san, check please?

★It is better NOT to use Taisho / Okami-san to call out a owner in Japan, because nowadays most people don‘t use these words.
