Yodare-dori

One of Chinese Shisen (=四川) cuisines
Boiled and sliced chicken with Chinese seasonings’ sorce
‘Yodare’ means drool, and ‘dori’ means chicken in Japanese
‘Tori’ is Chicken too, but if there are words before tori, the pronunciation will be ‘dori’.
