Kichijoji “Okuwa-sakaya”

I had dinner at popular Izakaya in Kichijoji, Okuwa Sakaya, which is on friendly terms with.

I frequently visit there, but I never be tired of their dishes, because they have a great selections of dishes.


Marinated edamame in soy source

I could not stop to eat it, since the taste of balance was perfect.
It was so important the balance of marinating, because if it had not been rightly marinated, the taste would be too salty or taste like usual edamame.

Watermelon gazpacho

This was outstanding! Sweetness of water melon rightly suppressed the acidity of tomatoes in ordinal gazpacho, so I was able to have it as much as possible.

Marinated fig and prosciutto

It was with juice of sudachi, added good smell and sour taste.

Yodare-dori, used Daisen-dori breast

Homemade Chinese source was very delicious and made I drool!


Fried Shio-koji Daisen-dori

When I visit there, I always eat fried crispy lotus root with anchovy butter.
The rich taste made ‘Nouko(農耕 濃厚=rich taste)-minzoku’ drool!

I was very satisfied with the dinner at Okuwa Sakaya, as always.
