I had a dinner at a very popular Teppan Izakaya, Jyunsui, that I am on familiar terms with, in Kichijoji.
Stewed salty beef tendon, cooked by a new employee, was amazing.
Because of the great taste, I could eat it again.
Chicken breast and coriander salad
Bakudan included a lot of seafood and natto
Bean sprouts stir fry with chicken oil, that made I drink more.
Beef lean meat steak
Tonpei-yaki is one of the famous foods in the restaurant.
It was very filling, and always delicious.
Taisho, Yuta-san specially cooked a pancake for me.
Actually it is not on menu.
The event that led to him cooking pancakes, was I said ‘I want to eat something sweet’.
Since I love pancakes and there are not dessert menu in the restaurant.
That’s the professional Teppan-yaki chef!
The pancake is very fluffy and very tasty, so it is my guilty pleasure. lol
