People from Kobe said that I should go to a chain Ramen restaurant, Ramen Taro that alias is Rata, because their Ramen is delicious.
If I would go to Rata, I went to the main restaurant in Sannomiya.
Moreover, I would eat the Ramen at 12am, midnight guilty time zone.
Even though midnight, there were a lot of customers. And even a woman ate the Ramen alone. I had never heard and seen Rata in Tokyo, but Rata is very popular in Kobe.
I ordered a Rata’s standard, Aji-tama Ramen (800yen).
Unlike the name and the appearance, the price is a little expensive.
Rata’s selling point is free homemade Kimuchi.
When I looked around, everyone ate Kimuchi while they were waiting for Ramen.
Sorry, but I do not like Kimuchi.
Anyways, in the meanwhile, here came Aji-tama Ramen!
In a good way, the Ramen had pig bones smell.
Let’s eat…OMG, it was so tasty!!! Again, it was surprisingly delicious. lol
I am so jealous that people live in Kobe can eat such a Ton-kotsu Ramen.
My friend, who is from Kobe, and ate Rata’s standard Ramen a lot when he was a child, ordered a Cheese-tomato-curry Ramen as a curve ball and dumplings.
It seemed tasty too.
Seriously, I hope Rata will open a store in Tokyo!
